We always send an email right after we ship your order. We include tracking number for your order there. If you somehow missed that email, or didn’t receive it, it’s possible that it ended up in Spam or Promotions folder. We would then recommend searching for emails from sender “firstname.lastname@example.org”. In most popular email platforms, such as Gmail or Yahoo! Mail the search bar is in the top. The shipping confirmation email should be one of the emails received from us, and tracking number for your order is there.
Shipping usually takes about 2 weeks. But depending on your location, it might take up to 5 weeks. Please read more about it on our shipping info page.
Order is usually shipped via regular mail. In USA it’s USPS. If you ordered some small items, orders are often shipped in standard envelopes right to your mailbox. So don't forget to check there.

The easiest way to check your order location, is in our Order Lookup page. You will need the email you used for purchase and your order number. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email you received right after making a purchase. Just go to the Order Lookup page, enter your email and order number, and you will be able to see your order status and tracking details.
If for some reason tracking is not working on Order Tracking page, you can check where your order is using a shipping tracking number (see above how to find it). Then you can use any of the shipment tracking sites to check your order’s location. If you are living in the US, we would recommend checking in USPS website. If you live outside US, we recommend 17Track. Just go to the website, enter your tracking number and you will get all the info about your order.
If you ordered some small items, it is very likely that your order was shipped in a standard envelope and delivered to your mailbox.
If you still can't find your order, please contact your local post office. Provide them with tracking number and they should tell you, where your package is.
